Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery is £1.29 for the whole order, whether you purchase one pack or one hundred. 

Orders take upto 5 working days to be despatched. We use Royal Mail 2nd class, so please allow 3-4 working days once you've received a despatch e-mail.

If for any reason you change your mind  you can return your seeds unopened within 28 days for a full refund,  you, the buyer are responsible for the return postage. 

On rare occasions we may send a  substitute to fulfill your order. This will only happen if there is a  delay in getting one of the items ordered and we will either send  something similar to what's missing r additional items of similar  products to other items ordered. If you aren't happy with a substitution  you can contact us for a refund.
